The following letter is from a satisfied customer that truly enjoyed his experience at our dealership.

Good afternoon and I hope you’re doing well.

Just a quick msg. to thank you for your teams effort yesterday (in closing on the 2010 Challenger).

I was concerned since my contact (prior to arriving at the dealer) was out sick, but having you personally involved from the start made me very comfortable. From there, the entire sales process from test drive to completing financing was detailed, comprehensive and consultative. This was much appreciated.

My goals were to get a competitive price on the vehicle I wanted, make sure all the (aftermarket) options I wanted were bundled into the final price and to have a good experience with the people. Rarely in life, do even easy things go well. The positive interaction with your team, cleanliness of the dealership offices interior waiting area and ability to get everything bundled together made this a positive experience.
